About the Role

Our client is seeking a mid-level music producer to help them complete their first song. As the client ventures into the world of music composition, they require assistance in finding the right beat and aligning their lyrics with the musical notes. The client is open to working remotely and is particularly interested in R&B, Soul, or Rap styles.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the client to understand their creative vision and lyrical content.
• Suggest and experiment with various musical styles, beats, and arrangements to complement the client's lyrics.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise in aligning the client's lyrics with the selected musical elements.
• Offer creative input and collaborate with the client to refine the overall sound and composition of the song.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a mid-level music producer, with a strong understanding of R&B, Soul, or Rap genres.
• Proficiency in using music production software, such as Logic Pro, Ableton, or Pro Tools, to create, record, and mix high-quality audio.
• Excellent ear for melody, harmony, and rhythm, with the ability to translate the client's lyrical ideas into a cohesive musical composition.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the client to achieve their desired outcome.
