Translate technical concepts such that non-technical business stakeholders understand the implications of decisions.
- Data-Driven Technical Roadmaps: Collaborate with data analytics, engineering, and other cross functional teams to define data-driven strategies, translating them into product roadmaps that leverage best-in-class cloud technologies. Identify the right use cases that capture the client’s goals and bring them to life through key features, and success metrics to ensure the roadmap aligns with both business objectives and technical realities.
- Deep Collaboration: Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders. This involves actively listening, asking insightful questions, and translating complex business needs into technical requirements.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centric design principles in technical product development. Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and efficient interfaces for end users.
- Data Analytics: Collaborate with data analytics team to understand trends and patterns of the available data and how that relates to client business needs, define a data strategy and use cases for data visualization that help illustrate key performance metrics for the client.
- Agile Management: Manage product backlogs, prioritizing features based on user impact, business value, and technical dependencies. Track project progress against deadlines within an Agile development environment, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
- User Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from client stakeholders to ensure products & technical solutions meet their specific needs. Actively listen to user concerns, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on their insights.
- Innovation Mindset: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies. Continuously expand your knowledge to ensure you're proposing the most innovative and effective solutions for your clients.
