Are you looking for a mid level, contract opportunity to take charge of the entire recruitment process for our dynamic Revenue Department? In this role, you'll be spearheading the search for top talent in Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Account Management. From identifying top-notch candidates to conducting engaging interviews, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our high-energy team. What you’ll get to do:

  • Sourcing & Candidate Generation:
    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, including using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales and Territory Representative roles.
    • Utilize tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, including interview preparation and candidate selection.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a seamless interview process.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Offer Management:
    • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on passively sourcing candidates
  • Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions
  • Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing tools software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail

Details:

  • 6 month contract 
  • Mid-level: $60-65k CAD
