Consultant

Consultants typically work on a project basis either in Beaird’s Naperville office or at the client’s worksite. The project length varies based on complexity and client requirements.

Specific duties and responsibilities vary by project but may include:

• Define the problem through discussions, meetings and case studies
• Review and analyze information through different reports and researches
• Interview or facilitate focused group discussions with client staff
• Develop and present recommendations
• Develop plans and programs for change implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proven organizational skills and time management skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently
• Above average experience with Microsoft Office
