We're instantprint – the UK's largest online printer, and we're looking for a determined & proactive Sales Account Manager who shares our ambition and passion for growth.

Your role is vital to growing the spend of our account base of UK Businesses. You will work with your clients on a consultative basis, helping them choose the right products for their projects and securing future print projects. You will build relationships with your clients through channels such as outbound calls, emails, video meeting and client visits. We're looking for someone who can spot opportunities where others cannot – and has a tenacity for winning commercially.

You'll build an outbound contact strategy that prioritises growing your client base and work with the sales team to develop a commercial strategy focussed on maximising account growth potential.

About the position:

  • Salary £26,000 - £32,000 - up to £56,000 OTE.
  • This position is office based 5 days a week at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales through outbound activity to your client base.
  • Devise personal sales strategies to achieve long term success
  • Implement actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for personal sales growth.
  • Build relationships by evaluating the client's needs and identify solutions that maximise their growth.
  • Manages personal sales pipeline and oversees all quotation opportunities
  • Proactively arranges client visits/meetings to facilitate commercial rewards
  • Develop and maintain a contact plan strategy that increases conversion and revenue
  • Work alongside existing clients to help service their needs and to maximise their full growth potential
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to spot opportunities & develop campaigns that drive business growth.

The Company

Established in 2012, Bluetree Group is the UK's largest online printer and exists to manufacture and sell high volume, premium products through investing in its highly skilled team as well as the latest technology.

In 2021, we acquired a luxury book printer, Kingsbury Press, branching out into the publishing industry and have aims of expanding into packaging solutions. In 2022 we were chosen as the printer for the Queen's Jubilee book.

Bluetree's combined office, production and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking, the facility is also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
