We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - HQ to be responsible for the strategic management of human resources working across the following diverse departments including HR, IT, Marketing, Commercial & Finance. In this role, the HR Business Partner collaborates with the management team of each department to provide guidance and support on human resources matters. 
Responsibilities
 - Collaborate extensively with department heads to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and HR needs.  
  - Develop and execute human resources strategies tailored to enhance effectiveness, employee development, and retention throughout the HQ departments. 
  - Champion and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations across the HQ departments. 
  - Offer expert advisory support to departmental management on various HR topics, including development programs, performance assessments, transition management, conflict resolution, and more. 
  - Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new personnel within the HQ departments. 
  - Support and oversee compensation and benefits processes for HQ employees across different departments. 
  - Contribute to the creation and implementation of training and development initiatives designed to enhance employees' skills and capabilities. 
  - Identify, address, and resolve workplace challenges and conflicts while adhering to legal requirements and HR procedures. 
  
Requirements
  - Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  - At least 3 years of work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. 
  - Excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. 
  - Proficiency in HRM and ATS software, with the ability to effectively leverage these tools. 
  - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  - Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  - Analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges. 
  - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
