We are searching for a Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be working closely with Global Recruiters to support them in identifying and recruiting candidates for specific markets in primarily in the commercial field and other areas, get interviews scheduled and maintain database. Working continuously with the team to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Together with the Global Recruiter, determining the search strategy and sources, posting vacancies on career sites, working with responses and resume databases;
- Active search for candidates using relevant tools depending on the search market and vacancy;
- Supporting candidates throughout the selection process;
- Maintaining a candidate database in internal systems and updating data;
- Preparation of analytical reports on candidate search and funnels;
- Participation in other team and cross-team projects of the HR department as agreed with the line manager.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Internship or work experience as a Sourcing specialist or similar rolewill be a plus
- Desirable experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on career sites and crafting Boolean search strings)
- To be passionate about multicultural environment
- Fluent English and Chinese with excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Proactive and driven approach;
