Primary Skills
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
- Own the product roadmap and create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI with success metrics
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Assess business risks, issues, and impediments being experienced by the product team and suggest mitigation plan,
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
- Plan and carry out product launches. Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
- Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer by creating materials that help ensure alignment and awareness of product development efforts within core internal groups.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development frameworks.
- Experience in Agile software development process to execute against a planned product roadmap, driving outcomes with a measurable level of impact.
- Help team in Delivering robust solutions and follow continuous improvement process based on customer feedback, market research and product metrics.
Good to have Skills
- Understand the restaurant technology market and e-commerce best practices
- Working in B2B and B2C environments is a plus.
