We’re a committed team of legal professionals who serve as trusted advisors, providing comprehensive legal support to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business objectives. We also play a vital role in shaping ethical company policies and initiatives. With a deep understanding of the technology industry and its unique legal challenges, our team combines legal expertise with a forward-thinking mindset.
We are looking for a talented, hard-working team player with a minimum of six years of relevant experience to join our legal team and support Mindbody + ClassPass around the world. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting and challenging matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you can really make a difference. In this role, you will have broad commercial responsibilities and will help all aspects of the business. You will identify and advise on legal risks, business strategies, draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, review marketing materials, research the regulatory landscape, provide general support for business transactions and general operations, and the legal team.
