Client: Quartz Insurance:

6 month temp to perm ( U.S. Citizens only)
Location: Remote and Madison, WI
Rate: $72/hour ($85,000/year salary after 6 months)

Requirements to Submit: Two references checked

Job Description:

Client is a healthcare insurance provider based in Wisconsin.
They are actively looking for a Data Analyst to join their EDM Solutions team.
Consultant will be assigned to appropriate projects with other EDM staff as necessary.
Work tasks will be assigned via project management process and tasks will be executed through collaborative meetings with business users, heads down desk time and interactions with EDM peers.
Success is based on independently being able to do assigned tasks as defined in the project plan.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

Requires strong SQL coding experience and strong knowledge of data warehousing principles including provenance, lineage, modelling, with application of best practices and modern data architecture principles - enforcement of policies and access controls
Ability to read and write Source to Target Mapping Documentation, profile data and gauge fitness for purpose.
Strong communication skills, collaborative, adaptable to changing priorities and ability to execute on tight deadlines
Knowledge of at least two Health Insurance domains with significant work experience within those domains for solutions roles.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Health Plan/PBM implementation processes
Knowledge of Governmental Reporting processes and timelines (encounters, EDGE Server, etc.)
Work with data from at least one payer system (Epic, Facets, etc.)
