Team Member/ Team Manager - Customer Service

We are hiring " Team Member/ Team Manager " for one of our clients. We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.

Job Summary

Position : Team Member/ Team Manager
Location : Sydney/ Melbourne
Full Time: 6 Months contract with possibility of extension

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Required Skills and Responsibilities

Experience of team leading ( 15-20 FTE) within Financial services domain
Understanding of financial regulatory environment in Australia
Understanding of banking, superannuation
Should have ability to work and operate in a high volume and tight timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements & customer demands.
Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and juggle simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment
