Immediate Full Time & Part Time Opportunity for:

SHIFT LEADER / HOURLY SHIFT MANAGER

As a Taco Bell Shift Leader, this is your first step up on the way to a great career. You'll need to support your team by working in both the front and back, helping with customers while also cooking and supporting your team.

You'll get to be the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) and ensure that all tasks for People, Customers and Service are completed efficiently and effectively. You will need to take ownership and responsibility to solve problems along with seeking help from others when appropriate. You will also need to be willing to provide help and guidance to others.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Have a positive attitude
• Be committed to providing fast, fun, and friendly service to our guests.
• Able to oversee, provide direction to & manage Hourly Team Members.
