Back-End Developer
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid mode)
Duration: 06 Months plus
Rate: DOE

US Citizens and Green cards & GC-EAD Only. No Third-party C2C available for this job

Duties:

Manages Data collection API and Batch framework.
Build highly responsive web-based application components that align with business needs. Build code using server-side logic.
Write effective, scalable code.
Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall application performance. Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
Test and debug programs.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.

General Experience:

At least 8 years of strong hands-on software development with expertise in Node.js and TypeScript for web application development.
Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and development using Node.js and
TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including AWS Aurora,
ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like QuickSight or Qlik for building interactive dashboards is advantageous.
Understanding of data integration and processing concepts in a web application context.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for building scalable and maintainable backend services.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
AWS certifications and experience with AWS cloud services are a plus.
