Client Functional Consultant/Business Analyst

- 7-10 years of advanced experience with Client.com configurations, a background in CRM process design and implementations

- Experienced in requirement gathering and analysis, strategy planning, technical and functional analysis and team management

- Experienced in analytical skills with the ability to transform the needs of business users into functional requirements and documenting BRD, FRD , SRS and process flow

- Experience in developing CRM SaaS solution using Client.com platform

- Experience on Client customizations, integration and development

- Work directly with system engineers, program managers, developers, testers and customers to define features and technical user stories

- Managing the relationship with clients during the project and acting as the point of contact between client and the organization

- Creating and developing user stories based on business and system requirements, defining and elaborating user stories with validation and acceptance criteria

- Taking ownership of projects from beginning to end and experienced in effective communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas

- Coordination with client and development team to bridge the gap and communicate product features as per the plan and schedule effectively
