We are proud to be part of Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT), a global leader in processing secure electronic financial transactions. Under their Money Transfer division, Xe and Ria Money Transfer have been brought together to help establish the third largest money transfer business in the world.

We are looking for a growth focused APAC Marketing Manager who has a hunger for driving impact. You’ll work closely with our Performance, Design, Product and Lifecycle Marketing teams to grow market share of Xe Money Transfer services across our consumer and corporate customer segments.

As Marketing Manager you will be focused on delivering the regional growth strategy and performance of all marketing activity for your region. You’ll be constantly pushing new ways to uncover growth opportunities, using analytical decision making across Xe’s owned and paid marketing channels, measuring performance and optimising.

Who you are:

  • Adapting our global marketing activities into localized executions by gaining a deep understanding of who our customers are within the APAC region.
  • Delivery of the regional marketing plan, through collaboration with broader marketing team across lifecycle, performance, product and design
  • Become a “local expert” that provides insights to unlock brand awareness and customer acquisition opportunities as the Marketing representative within the region
  • Working closely with the Consumer & Corporate regional leadership teams to identify business growth tactics and optimisations
  • Own local marketing communications to ensure the Xe value proposition is clearly articulated across all customer segments within APAC
  • Propose investment opportunities to drive growth
  • Monitor and report on regional marketing performance, conversion funnel and ROI

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Using analytics to inform your decision making and measure impact of marketing initiatives
  • Hands-on marketer who believes in getting things out the door
  • Strong communication and cross-collaboration with internal teams
  • Passion for identifying customer insights to drive informed marketing strategies
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across traditional and digital environments
  • Direct involvement and ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resulted in revenue growth
  • Knowledgeable on media planning and reporting
