Oracle EBS HRMS needs 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM

Oracle EBS HRMS requires:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

 Proven experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant

 Proficient in Oracle development tools (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow)

 Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures

 Experienced EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to implement, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, aligning HR technology with organizational needs.

Oracle EBS HRMS duties:

 System Customization and Configuration:

 Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other systems.

 Customize and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with HR processes and policies.

 Develop custom solutions, reports, and interfaces using Oracle development tools (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow).

 Plan and execute HR data migration, ensuring data integrity and smooth transition.
