Who are we looking for?
A Project Lead level resource experience in People soft Asset management for an advanced technical and a critical project for developing an automation around provisioning for Sprint. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing scalable applications along with exposure to Develop interfaces required to support the PeopleSoft Financial suite, specifically PeopleSoft Asset Management.
Technical Skills:
•   Implement IBM's Maximo application for asset tracking.
•   Develop interfaces required to support the PeopleSoft Financial suite, specifically PeopleSoft Asset Management
•   3+ years experience with PeopleSoft Asset Management. Must have experience with v9.2 Experience with PeopleSoft Project Costing is a plus.
•   Client has developed a complex custom program called AM440 for asset processing in PeopleSoft Asset Management. Resource will need to be able to quickly pick up knowledge around this program
•   Design documentation for interfaces with PeopleSoft Asset Management
•   SQL
•   Test scenario matrix for PeopleSoft Asset Management
•   Detail Test scripts for including running down stream processing in PeopleSoft Asset Management to ensure Finance's requirements are met
•   Execute test scripts and record defects, retest fixes and report status to PM
•   Support defect resolution during the warranty period and provide detailed status report to the PM for open defects for interfaces with PeopleSoft Asset Management
Process Skills:
•   Should have hands on experience in People soft Asset management Interfaces
•   Should have hands on experience in People soft Asset management Design Documentation
•   Should have hands on experience in writing Detail Test scripts for including running down stream processing in PeopleSoft Asset Management
•   Should have hands on experience in Executing test scripts and record defects, retest fixes
•   Should have hands on experience in Supporting defect resolution during the warranty period and provide detailed status report to the PM for open defects
•   Capable of developing software based process as per project defined software process

Behavioral Skills:
•   Resolve technical issues of projects
•   Participates as a team member.
•   Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
•   Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
•   Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development.
•   Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college •
