As an Assistant Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen), you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing and overseeing the hot kitchen operations. Your role will involve leading a team of talented chefs, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in creating menus and designing culinary concepts
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Train, mentor, and supervise the kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Regularly communicate and coordinate with other departments

Requirements

• Proven experience as Assistant Sous Chef in a Hot Kitchen within a high-end establishment
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for quality, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
