In this role you will assist in the delivery of departmental KPIs with a focus on stock KPIs.</p><p><strong></strong>This is a 6 month fixed term contract, full time (36.5 hours per week) working hybrid - Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the Bingley Office.<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Key areas of responsibility:</strong></p><p>- Place and chase all initial and repeat orders as agreed with the Inbound Manager, confirming orders with suppliers.</p><p>- Manage the 'to follow' file by chasing and prioritising purchase orders and completing weekly reporting to ensure 'to follows' are released to customers as quickly as possible.</p><p>- Ensure all orders are delivered on time and take action where required.</p><p>- Identify airfreight where needed, taking a commercial view of requirements to maximise service.</p><p>- Develop a good relationship with our Logistics team working together to ensure business priorities are communicated and carried out.</p><p>- Create weekly inbound reports as required.</p><p>- Work closely with the Merchandise team and ensure they are advised of any potential stock issues.</p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><p>Someone who is a team player and highly numerate, with great Excel skills and knowledge. The right person will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail, whilst being a pro-active problem solver and confident in using their initiative to challenge and question things.
