10+ years, Agile - 3+ years, Project Management - 4+ years

1. PMP /Prince 2 practitioner certification is required.

2. One or more of the following Agile Certifications :- CSM, PSM -I/II, PMI-ACP, SAFE Agilist

3. Must have been a Software Developer in his / her career

4. Exposure to ADO / Clarity will be highly preferred.

5. Experience in SAP MDG and Data & analytics projects will be added advantage

6. Must have experience to manage Agile Delivery using tools like : JIRA, MS Azure

Must have E2E experience and knowledge in all areas of Project Management.

1. Must have Hands-on knowledge in managing the Dev Projects.

2. Must be Excellent in Interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.

3. Drive teams from one/more locations with excellent Team skills.

4. Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills to manage communication and co-ordination required to drive the projects.

5. Ensure complete adherence to the Agile processes and other Project Management processes and own the activities.

6. Manage and support the Digital Core S/4 or Connected Capability initiatives as applicable

7. Excellent in managing Risks and Issues for the project .

8. Experience in SAP technology will be a plus
