Job Description:
Netsync Network Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Request for Proposals Coordinator (RFP Coordinator) to join our team. The RFP Coordinator will be responsible for managing the development and submission of high-quality proposals and bids. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the entire proposal development process from inception to submission.
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications.
- Develop proposal schedules, outline responsibilities, and set deadlines for team members.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and other departments to gather necessary information and content.
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to company branding and quality standards.
- Maintain a database of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and previous submissions.
- Monitor and track proposal status, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in post-proposal activities, including debriefs and lessons learned to improve future submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing, Information Science & Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, technical writing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with proposal management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the IT and networking industry is desirable.
