We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our constantly changing and growing clients’ organization. A key element of that change process is project management. As our Project Coordinator, you will drive major change initiatives for our organization. This includes collaborating on project plans, leading project meetings, and overall driving the success of our organization’s initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to develop detailed project plans and comprehensive documentation to track the progress of ongoing and future projects
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed, including at times actively participating in project strategy discussions
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project implementation, monitor project progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
  • Establish, manage and maintain relationships with internal/external resources
  • Lead regular project meetings and create reports that track project status and major updates
  • Identify and mitigate risks and milestones and ensure all project team members and stakeholders are aware of progress
  • Keep our projects on time, within the scope, and up to our high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred, with knowledge of MS Project an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Proven ability to work productively and effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Strong sense of time management as you will be working with task holders and leadership, often overlooking multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
  • Background in call center operations is highly preferable
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence Wiki would be great but not necessary
