Team Lead/ Sr. IT Technical Recruiter/US IT Staffing Services
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
DataSoft Technologies is currently looking for a talented and driven Technical Recruiter to help continue to grow its IT Staffing Services Business.
What we are looking for:
- Must have 5+ (Senior US IT Recruiter) and 9+ (Team Lead) years of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting
- A demonstrated career progression from Technical recruiting
- Must be well-versed in client handling.
- For Team Lead, prior experience in team handling is preferred.
- Should have a deep understanding of IT labor categories and other technical terms
- Well-versed with various work visas (H1B, H4, E3, TN, EADs) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and other various terms used in staffing.
- Hands-on experience with Industry Standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools/databases, and strategies
- Collaborate effectively with the recruiting lead/manager to achieve stated individual and team objectives & goals
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, Science or Business
Responsibilities
- Source: Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting applicants via job boards (monster/dice/CareerBuilder), familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva nice to have), social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Google Search, X-Ray Searches); Posting job advertisements; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport with applicants;
- Qualify/Screen: Determine and evaluate applicant's qualifications by analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements, interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications; verifying references; building good relationships and reputation with each candidate for the long-term association;
- Submittal/Interviews: Meeting daily/weekly targets by submitting a quality candidate for our clients' various vertical Projects. Formatting resumes according to clients' needs.
- Follow company standard recruiting and quality processes.
- Develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle.
- Interacting and dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Reviewing and submitting quality resumes to clients, keeping their requirements in mind.
- Assigning, guiding, and monitoring the team on their daily tasks (TL).
