What's exciting about the role
We are currently seeking a Director, Global Total Rewards to join our team. This position reports directly to the EVP of Human Resources. The Director of Global Total Rewards will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our global total rewards strategy. This role will ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with senior leadership to drive a culture of performance and recognition.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and enhances our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Compensation Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and equity plans. Ensure programs are competitive and compliant with local regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Manage global benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Evaluate and recommend changes to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive within the industry and geographic regions.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain global total rewards policies and guidelines. Ensure consistency across regions while addressing local compliance and cultural differences.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and make informed recommendations for improvements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of total rewards professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment between reward programs and business strategies. Communicate and advocate for total rewards initiatives across the organization.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure in total rewards programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
Skills and Experience we desire
- 10+ year professional HR experience with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing global compensation and benefit functions.
- 5+ years of management responsibility, including working with and presenting to senior management and compensation committees of the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; MA or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining successful compensation strategies and programs in multiple countries.
- Demonstrated success in design and implementation of successful global compensation strategy in the above responsibility areas.
- In-depth knowledge of global compensation practices, benefits administration, and market trends.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and organizations; strategically focused on continuous improvement.
- Action oriented and adept at working in a fast paced, transforming organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization and diverse cultures.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
