Sales Development Representative (LATAM) - Nas Academy / Nas Daily
Location: Remote- Mexico City, Bogota, Buenos Aires, Santiago

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative in LATAM to manage both Nas Academy and Nas Daily accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting revenue targets, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to think strategically while being a hands-on doer who leads by example.
 
What this job involves:

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and research
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and segmentations

Client Engagement and Prospecting:

  • Prospect new clients using diverse social media channels and initiate first contact to qualify leads
  • Personalize outreach efforts to resonate potential clients' needs and interests
  • Answer inquiries and provide commercial information about Nas.io

Managing and Tracking:

  • Update, register, and manage all client interactions and activities in our CRM system
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress

Building a Network

  • Participate in relevant industry events and conferences
  • Build and expend your network within the industry to drive business opportunities.

Generating Insights

  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and strategies
  • Generate insightful reports on activities and promote initiatives to improve sales operation performance

The main requirement of this role is someone who is driven to successfully hit and exceed targets!
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent sales role
  • Fluent in Spanish with advanced conversational English
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced start up sales environment
  • Highly personable and holds great communication skills in order to successfully gain client buy-in
  • Quick thinker who enjoys the challenge of building from scratch, highly, driven to successfully hit and exceed targets
  • Self-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Past experience using CRM tools, and comfortable in Excel for numbers
