WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a part time, Talent Acquisition Manager to work for 2 or 3 days a week, to oversee the recruitment function within the Hong Kong market, working closely with the Managing Director, as well as supporting and working with other members of the Hong Kong team.

The ideal candidate will have 4/5 years recruitment experience, either onsite or in an agency, with knowledge of the PR and Marketing industry.

 

Responsibilities:

· Actively and timely recruit for PR and non-traditional PR positions, including Creative, Data Insights, Integrated Marketing Services, Ops and other positions.

· Building talent pipelines based on the business need, including hands-on recruitment to fill vacancies at all levels

· Grow and manage a recruitment database ensuring that the details of quality candidates are maintained and utilized for future vacancies

· Have solid experience in recruitment systems and the know-how to best utilize their functionality

· Ensure that recruitment processes are maintained in line with company policy and best practice for data protection and equal opportunity

· Establish close collaboration/partnership with all HR team members, brand HRBP’s, leadership, operations, finance and internal hiring managers to ensure the recruitment processes + tools are effective

· Lead and engage in market mapping and research activity to support all brands talent strategy and direction

· Become the face for recruitment for our businesses, building your individual and employer brand reputation in the market

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Ideally 4-6+ years relevant recruitment experience, either in-house or within a search firm (Marketing, PR & Communications agency experience an advantage)

· Experience managing the recruitment processes within a multi-site or international company, ideally within the marketing and communications or media or advertising sector

· Recruitment systems experience (Taleo, Greenhouse or similar)

· Competent knowledge of best practice recruitment and selection processes

· High level knowledge of Microsoft office suite

· Excellent communicator in both English and Cantonese

· Hands‑on individual, assertive and humble

· A strong service orientation with can do attitude
