We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in machine learning—particularly in personalization, fraud detection, and NLP/LLMs—who can drive innovation, mentor team members, and ensure solutions align with business goals.</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>About the job:</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What You'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong> Oversee the ML development lifecycle - from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.</li><li>Mentor and coordinate the AI/ML team, ensuring best practices in model design, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI/ML initiatives with strategic goals and measure their impact.
</li><li>Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, mitigating model bias and data quality issues.</li><li>Stay on top of emerging AI/ML trends, championing new frameworks and tools to keep the environment cutting-edge.<strong></strong></li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>What You need to know:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Master’s in Data Science (or related field), or at least 4 years of commercial experience in AI/ML.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks/libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain).
</li><li>Proven track record in building and maintaining scalable data/ML pipelines.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Proficiency in MLOps concepts.</li><li>Hands-on experience applying ML for personalization, fraud detection, and NLP/LLMs.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional AI/ML teams, effectively managing project timelines and resource allocation.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>English: Upper-Intermediate or higher</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
