The Work You'll Do:

At Sovos, Product Development is central to our mission of delivering innovative solutions. As an Agile Leader (formerly Scrum Master), you will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing team environment. Your role will involve guiding teams through Agile/Scrum best practices, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement, and managing multiple priorities with clear communication and decisive action. In addition to supporting your direct teams, you’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional groups like Cloud Operations, InfoSec, Architecture, Organizational Readiness, and UX to ensure alignment and success across projects. You’ll be responsible for coaching team members, providing feedback, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed on progress. By enrolling others in the "why" behind decisions, you’ll help drive understanding and success across the organization.

More specifically, you will:

• Maintain Agile/Scrum best practices, even in high-pressure situations.
• Use metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities using strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Develop Agile/Scrum advocates within your teams.
• Collaborate and influence other teams such as Cloud Operations, InfoSec, Architecture, Organizational Readiness, and UX.
• Use collaboration skills to meet deadlines and honor team commitments.
• Provide constructive feedback and respond positively to feedback from others.
• Keep cross-functional teams and stakeholders informed of progress.
• Clearly communicate the "why" behind decisions and coach team members for better understanding.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with teammates, colleagues, and customers.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts.
