Intern Learning and Leadership Development

The Team:

The award-winning Learning and Leadership Development organization focuses on leading the strategy to develop a learning culture, design, develop and deliver growth and development programs for our Celonauts and leaders, and ensure a positive learner experience across our platforms, programs and opportunities to ensure that our teams are delivering the best results for Celonis.  We are looking for a working student who is passionate about everything learning and leadership development to join our team and contribute to our success. 

The Role:

This role will report into the Global Director of Learning and Leadership Development and will support the team with every aspect of our program management and delivery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our programs are executed with excellence and maximum impact. 

The work you’ll do:

• Collaborating with the team to assist in the planning, coordinating, managing logistics and execution of learning programs, workshops, and events
• Supporting the development and maintenance of learning materials, resources, and online content.
• Assisting in conducting research on providers, industry best practices, and innovative learning techniques to enhance our programs.
• Help manage and track training attendance, feedback, and evaluations of our different learning initiatives and producing reports. 
• Contributing to the maintenance and creation of engaging and informative team pages on Celonis intranet
• Create learning paths and plans in Degreed and explore your creative side to design digital content and videos on specific Celonis-focused topics. 

The qualifications you need:

• Passionate about all things learning and leadership development.
• Think analytically, work very structured and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to work and communicate effectively
• Show extraordinary engagement with extracurricular activities e.g. student consultancy or student club, or volunteering
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented and attentive to accuracy
• Knowledge and experience with instructional design is a plus and ability to demonstrate creative ways to design and develop learning content
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, and are fluent in English (German, Spanish or other languages are a plus
• Full-time availability from September onwards fro at least 6 month
