SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry Team as needed to fulfill the overall goals and objectives of the ministry and Pinelake Church.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Reservoir Campus and Pinelake Church.
- Assists the Student Pastors and Ministers to work toward excellence in all areas of ministry.
- Under the leadership of the Lead Pre-teen and Lead Middle School Pastors, supports collaboration with the teams led by the Lead Student Pastor, when needed, to promote teamwork and contribute to the overall mission and vision of Pinelake Church.
- Basic personal responsibilities:
- Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation, and practicing L3.
- Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
- Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
- Maintain active participation in community.
- Reflect a growing awareness and practice of personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors the Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry budget and provides administrative support to the ministerial staff by completing purchase orders and expense reports.
- Tracks the budget and reports budget information to the Pre-teen and Middle School Pastor.
- Records and maintains all records of Pre-teen and Middle School registration and payment for all Pre-teen and Middle School ministry events year-round.
- Works to plan and execute all individual budgets for events such as camps, retreats, mission events and other major outreach nights.
- Coordinates the ordering of materials, curriculum and resources for the ministry, including the various grade appropriate materials that must be delivered electronically every week to small group leaders.
- Coordinates communications and updates to servant leaders, families, and students as directed by the student ministry staff.
- Submits and manages calendar requests for the Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry events through Rock, the online church management system. Maintains all details regarding facility usage and other necessary resources for each event.
- Works with the Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry Staff to monitor and carry out the plan for guest follow-up and the entire small group connection process, using Rock connections and follow-up processes.
- Regularly produces reports and presentations about attendance, baptism, etc.
- Produce regular resources for Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry as provided by One Church or Student Ministry leadership.
- Provides administrative support for Pre-teen and Middle School ministry gatherings such as graphics, ProPresenter and Planning Center as needed.
- Serves as the point person of Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry to vendors and services necessary for products, transportation, housing, etc. associated with Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry trips and events.
- Arranges appointments for all Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry Staff..
- Maintains Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry filing system. Answers the phone and performs other general office duties for the overall organization of the ministry.
- Administrates the Reservoir Campus safety policy, Our House Promise, for Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry servant leaders.
- Maintains all office supplies and Pre-teen and Middle School Ministry resources.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May supervise and coordinate work with servant leaders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent minimum; college experience preferred. Two to five years of administrative experience.
