JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Experience in developing learning-centered, performance-based learning programs for many different audiences in different environments. Broad experience developing learning programs for classroom and e-learning delivery.
  • Ability to stay strategic in creation of content map, and proposal outline for all roles in program based on adult learning theory and knowledge
  • Design and Build of all materials within scope including iterations and revisions based on feedback
  • Ability to strategically plan out Train-the-Trainer (TTT) materials, lead TTT sessions
  • Ability to work agile, adapt quickly to new environments, work and able to change direction and pivot quickly when needed.
  • Expert level experience using Articulate 360 products, Camtasia, and other authoring tools.
  • Ability to pick up light technology easily, such as 3rd party engagement tools quickly, adding content to LMS or MOOC platforms.
  • Identifies and works with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers to present or incorporate their expertise into various types of training
  • Works closely with the training manager to define and disseminate best practices for the trainer's area of expertise in both classroom training and online forums.
  • Experience presenting content proposals or design documents to stakeholders.
  • Ability to polish or put finishing touches on PowerPoint decks.
  • Ability to make design recommendations to stakeholders based on what would be best for the learner in accordance with the desired learning outcomes.
  • Ability to lead SME/Review meetings
  • Consultative skills/Exp. Working across teams and depts
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent communication, writing skills and organizational skills
  • Experience with basic sales skills and the profession of sales knowledge a plus
  • Experience in corporate environments and navigating matrixed organizational charts
  • Have led large scale ID projects for whole programs end-to-end
  • Proactive in leading meetings, giving clear objectives, and sending meeting notes and status updates
  • Responsible to review Training Needs Analysis shared by Microsoft and work with Stakeholders and SMEs to understand the Learning Objectives; Can independently create learning brief, lead all design document pieces/proposal outlines and tracker for all roles/assets within program. Builds content based on project, not by asset or learning piece. (approx. 7+years of experience
