Broad experience developing learning programs for classroom and e-learning delivery.
- Ability to stay strategic in creation of content map, and proposal outline for all roles in program based on adult learning theory and knowledge
- Design and Build of all materials within scope including iterations and revisions based on feedback
- Ability to strategically plan out Train-the-Trainer (TTT) materials, lead TTT sessions
- Ability to work agile, adapt quickly to new environments, work and able to change direction and pivot quickly when needed.
- Expert level experience using Articulate 360 products, Camtasia, and other authoring tools.
- Ability to pick up light technology easily, such as 3rd party engagement tools quickly, adding content to LMS or MOOC platforms.
