Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join the team of our client as a Marketing, Events, and Restaurant Manager for our client's restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing events, and overseeing the operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked through the floor and operations and management and progressed towards business development, promoting events, and knows how to drive traffic in a competitive F&B environment like Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Plan and execute events, such as promotional nights, parties, and special dinners
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and dining experiences
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Manage staff and ensure they are trained to provide excellent customer service
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control
- Maintain a positive relationship with guests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing and events management in the restaurant industry in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and strategies
- Good knowledge of the competition in the Restaurant business in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for events
- Degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field is preferred
