Business Analyst

Business Analysts are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Day-to-Day Duties:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements

• Identifying and documenting business processes and workflows

• Conducting market analysis and competitive research

• Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit and document requirements

• Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business

• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

• Developing and executing test plans to ensure business requirements are met

• Collaborating with IT and development teams to implement technology solutions

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies

• Ability to create detailed reports and presentations

• Knowledge of SQL and database management

• Understanding of IT and software development lifecycle

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
