As a Guest Relations Representative you will be responsible for patient and guest relations, you will play a crucial role in representing our client which is based in Istanbul, Turkey while you will be based in Sarajevo, Bosnia.

You will be working closely with our international patients department at the headquarters to ensure our success in the Balkan market.

The position

• Welcoming patients/guests in the office
• Preparing patient files for medical evaluation
• Using the software’s required by employer’s headquarters for data entry and safety
• Answering to emergency calls from patients/corporations, retrieving the necessary data, and creating the link between Employer’s headquarters and patient/Corporation.
• Participating to the congresses and events that employers headquarters is organizing or participating (may surpass regular working hours/days)
• Assisting in organization of patients transport (sending tickets and hotel info)

Requirements

• Local Knowledge: Understanding of the local Balkan market, culture, and healthcare landscape.
• Minimum of 1 year health sector operations experience or higher education in a health related school (Pharmacy, Medical High School, Medical university, etc.)
• Language Proficiency: Be proficient in Bosnian and English
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reside in Sarajevo
• Have the right to work full time in Bosnia.
