JOB Description:

• Candidate should have expertise in following areas (MC-4 or SME level)
  • Master Warranty definition pertaining to Technical Objects
  • Calendar-Based & Performance-Based Warranty Alerts
  • Customer/Vendor Contracts, and Over & Above agreements
  • Different Warranty Types – Repair, Replacement, Etc.
  • Warranty Claims Processing leading to Vendor Invoicing and Customer Billing
• Should be able to lead design discussions with client SMEs and other stakeholders
• Should have experience writing detailed Design/Build documents within the Workstream
  • Configuration Rationale Documents
  • Functional Specifications
  • Test Scripts, etc.
