Purpose of Role:
We are looking for a motivated and Design Production Manager responsible for managing our design production projects: offline and digital marketing and campaign material, as well as promo landing pages and other collaterals.

Role Details
As part of the job you will:
● Supervise the creative team workload, gather information from campaigns and act as a liasson between project managers, other stakeholders and the creative team, and collaborate with them to establish the needs of project partners and project team members.
● Build business relationships with stakeholders to determine design project needs and avoid design production risks.
● Oversee quality assurance processes for products. Be on top of creative pieces, to identify further adjustments to production, and assess design production risks for stakeholders.
● Confirm protocols, data formats, templates and standards for creative outputs with project stakeholders.
● You must possess strong deliverables understanding to guide project teams to meet the design needs of each product.
● Also help improve processes and templates. This will allow you to helps maintain consistency in Marketing collateral by adhering to style and format guidelines.
● Review and guide the work done by the team.
● Possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritice tasks, deadlines and project details through regular and ongoing communication
● Must also keep updated on the latest developments in the design industry and understand how the industry is evolving.
● Manage deadlines and project details through regular and ongoing communication with Project Managers and Production Manager.
● Collaborate with project management to keep project on track and on schedule and assists with timeline development.

Technical Requirements:
● Previous experience with Production related to Marketing and design.
● Experience with digital and animated media
● Knowledge of Project Management tools, such as Jira or Monday
● Management of file structure and naming standards
● Ability to organize, multitask and prepare accurate files
● Certain knowledge in our main tools ( Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Figma) will be a plus.y
