Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Ad Ops professional to join our dynamic team.
As a Junior Ad Ops, you will play a vital role in the successful execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.

You will work closely with the Media Operations & Dev team, the larger Paid Media team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' advertising initiatives are effectively implemented and meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and launch of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, and more.
  • Ensure proper tracking and tagging are in place for campaign performance analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and compile reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improved ROI.
  • Assist in generating regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Ad Ops team to continually implement and optimize tracking as needed to meet client goals.
    Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that may arise during campaign delivery.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure ad creatives and landing pages function correctly and adhere to industry standards.
  • Help support getting ad platform access setup with both influencers and clients and provide support if/when any issues arise (this may require being present on calls).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ad tech innovations to bring new ideas and best practices to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a basic knowledge of various Digital Marketing and Business terms and acronyms (i.e. CVR, MTD, CPA, CPC, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
  • Basic experience with building dashboards on platforms such as Looker Studio.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms or ad trafficking is a plus.
