Job Summary
The Director, M&A will be responsible for the identification, structuring and execution of acquisitions of new projects or divestures of select existing projects to enhance the Company’s existing development pipeline and growth. The position will require close collaboration with other functional groups such as development, commercial, finance, legal, technical and construction. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy project finance or investments coming from a renewable energy developer/IPP, renewables investment bank, or private equity fund.
Responsibilities
Location: Houston Office preferred, or Hybrid working may be acceptable for this role and will be looked at on a case by case basis. Position may require periodic travel for team meetings, events or determined on an as needed basis.
