Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be able to Provide expertise and guidance to Commerce and the Office of Long-Term Resiliency (OLTR) Director (and his designees as applicable) in the overall management of the Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR Program.

2. Must be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through a nationally recognized accreditation organization (e.g., The Project Management Institute).

3. Must have experience in support of the Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR Program, including but not limited to:

a. Developing, maintaining, and updating, as needed, program and project documents and documentation including, but not limited to:

i. Program and project management plan;

ii. Program and project status reports;

1. Status reports must be provided weekly to OLTR.

iii. Project risk and issues log;

iv. Master project schedule;

1. Contractor must provide a master project schedule that includes all Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR programs.

v. Program specific project schedule;

1. Contractor must provide program specific project schedules (e.g., Voluntary Home Buyout program) for each Hurricane Michael CDBG-DR program.

vi. Any other documents necessary for the efficient, effective management of the overall program or any specific program; and

vii. Any other documents/reports as requested by Commerce.

b. Must know the PMBOK methodology.

c. Providing weekly executive briefings to the OLTR Director; briefings shall include, at least:

i. A report on the overall status of the program;

ii. A report on the status of each project and any risks or issues that might impact the progress of the program or any project; and

iii. A report on the current projected timeline for each program area, including timelines for compliance with any federal laws or guidance documents.

d. Should know about the Commerce's owned System of Record (SOR).

e. Must be able to Perform other support and consulting functions as required by Commerce
