IT Trainee

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as <strong>IT Trainee. </strong> <strong></strong></p><p>As an intern, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and contribute to real-world IT projects within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) sector. Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul> <li><strong>Learning &amp; Development</strong>: Gain hands-on experience with <strong>Snowflake</strong> and the <strong>SCM IT sector</strong>, enhancing your understanding of data management and supply chain technologies.</li> <li><strong>Project Ownership</strong>: Select a relevant <strong>SCM IT project</strong>, define its objectives, and work towards its successful completion over the course of the internship.</li> <li><strong>Mentorship &amp; Planning</strong>: Collaborate with an assigned <strong>mentor</strong> to develop a structured project plan, set milestones, and ensure timely progress.</li> <li><strong>Research &amp; Data Analysis</strong>: Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support your project and broader SCM IT initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Technical Support</strong>: Assist with <strong>additional IT tasks</strong>, including troubleshooting, process optimization, and documentation as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Education</strong>: Final-year student or recent graduate in <strong>Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Basic understanding of <strong>networking, databases (SQL), software development</strong>, and <strong>data pipelines</strong> (ETL, Snowflake is a plus).</li> <li><strong>Programming Skills</strong>: <strong>Strong Python skills</strong> with a focus on <strong>efficiency, scalability, and data analysis/automation tasks</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Problem-Solving</strong>: Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify patterns, and propose <strong>data-driven solutions</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Communication</strong>: <strong>Excellent English proficiency</strong> (written &amp; verbal) for effective collaboration in a global environment.</li> <li><strong>Teamwork &amp; Adaptability</strong>: Ability to work both <strong>independently and collaboratively</strong>, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.</li> <li><strong>Curiosity &amp; Growth Mindset</strong>: Passion for <strong>continuous learning</strong> in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.</li> <li><strong>Experience</strong> <em>(Preferred, but not required)</em>: Internship or project experience in <strong>IT or Supply Chain Management (SCM)</strong>.</li></ul><ul><p></p><p><strong>Then we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.</strong></p></ul><p>Our international work environment can offer you challenging and rewarding opportunities.
