You will be working with other frontend & backend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and designers.</p><p dir="ltr">We recently moved our projects into a monorepo powered by TurboRepo that includes a UI library, shared utils, types, base configurations and much more. The UI library is powered by amazing tools such as Chromatic and corresponding Github Actions, and also Changeset for streamlining versioning and documentation. We have a lot of interesting new projects on the horizon that will be built inside this repo and consume components from the UI library, so any experience with these subjects are a big plus.</p><p dir="ltr">Our Engineering Team is always striving to use modern technologies, keeping ourselves updated on the news in the engineering community, and aiming to be early adopters of new stable releases. Everyone on the team deeply cares about the overall experience of our application and has a lot of fun while building solutions together.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Being part of the SaaS B2B product development team, bringing new ideas and designing solutions from beginning to end.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Working in constantly modernising tech stack, based on React, Typescript, Jest, Storybook, React-Query, scss-modules, with a continuous delivery system</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Developing one of the core Quinyx products, adding new features, and optimising client-side performance.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Being part of a culture where we promote learning and growth with code reviews, pair programming, conferences, and workshops where we deep-dive into certain areas of frontend web development as a team to have fun, learn, share knowledge, and experiment together.</p></li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong programming skills in React and TypeScript.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">5+ years of work experience in a relevant role.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficiency in modern software development practices, including version control and agile development methodologies.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to mentor and help more junior developers within the team.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A natural curiosity and desire to improve processes around you.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A genuine interest in front-end development and best practices.</p></li></ul><div><p dir="ltr"><strong><br></strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What we look for:</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Reasoning ability.</strong> Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems.
