You’ll be reporting to the VP of Digital Rights Management and the position is based in Stockholm HQ.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">As a Creator Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in the growth of our AMPlifier program. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with potential creators, supporting their success, and contributing to the overall success of the program. If you have a knack for building relationships, a passion for the creator economy, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support Creator Success Specialists with for example quarterly performance reviews and music data analysis for creator reports.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work closely with creators to optimize their music usage, including ongoing follow-ups and performance analysis.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Contribute to the success of the AMPlifier program by consistently delivering high-quality leads and meeting new creator sign-up targets.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proactively engage with potential creators and effectively communicate the value of Epidemic Sound.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be prepared to take on additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as needed to support the team and our creators.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul></ul><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">2+ years of experience working as a CDR/SDR, Customer Success Analyst or other sales related roles.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Demonstrated experience collaborating with creators, such as influencers or musicians is highly valued.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Confident in Google Suite. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping creators succeed.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Being able to understand metrics and support in ensuring smooth business function is a plus.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with music industry trends and performance metrics is a plus.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:<br></strong>We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world.
