People Operations Specialist

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the People Operations department.
• Support the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing and processing new hire paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Assist with payroll data entry and verification.
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in an administrative role is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
