Store Design Manager

THE ROLE:

Seeking a creative and dynamic Junior Design Manager to join our team to support in our retail growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing innovative designs for our new and existing stores, ensuring they provide an engaging and seamless shopping experience for our customers. 

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Contributing to the design and planning of new store layouts and refurbishments, focusing on enhancing customer flow and maximizing sales potential. 

• Working in close coordination with senior design managers, architects, and construction teams to develop designs that are not only visually compelling but also practical and cost-effective. 

• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in retail design and technology, and incorporate these into our store designs to maintain a cutting-edge retail environment. 

• Ensuring all store designs strictly adhere to our company brand guidelines and contribute positively to our brand image. 

• Managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. 

• Participating actively in project meetings and design reviews, providing progress updates and addressing any design-related issues promptly. 

• Overseeing the construction process to ensure that the design vision is implemented accurately and effectively. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Who you are : 

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. 

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively. 

• Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating customer-focused, immersive retail environments. 

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 

• 1-3 years of experience in the fast-paced retail design sector, including store planning and visual merchandising.
