Job Description:
Be an active Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) 5 with experience delivering and certifying SAFe 5 courses using SAFe Collaborate: SA, SP, RTE, SSM, SASM, SDP, APM, LPM, POPM, ARCH, ASE, SGP
Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to institute ORK framework for measuring progress and effectiveness at all levels
Help drive adoption of end-to-end Agile transformation strategy with Lean-Agile ways of working and SAFe as a cornerstone
Advise on operating models and transformation governance
Perform AgilityHealth maturity assessments & recommend strategies to address growth items
Expert in coaching, training, and mentoring roles from leadership to teams on their respective functions within SAFe
Act as role model embodying Agile values, principles, and demonstrating success patterns
Actively facilitate and coach LPM and ART events
Support Agile tooling administration, strategy, and adoption: SAFe for Enterprise, AgilityHealth, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), etc.
Help identify and coach champions within functional areas who can evangelize Agile and act as local mentors/coaches in their area
Develop Lean-Agile training materials and deliver content for and to both existing teams and the onboarding of new talent
Help launch and mature Communities of Practices and interaction/pollination across DT and the business
Raise recurring/widely observed issues and bottlenecks to stakeholders; develops and implements comprehensive solutions.
