About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaner to join our team at Melbourne Skydeck on a casual basis. The successful candidate will experience the same satisfaction we feel when our venue is presented at its highest standard. You may be stopped by guests from time to time to help them with their queries, but you’ll always make sure your area is safe, and you’ll be able to keep up with the best in a fast-paced environment.
This position is significant in the operational performance of Melbourne Skydeck, focusing on ensuring key business performance and guest experience targets are met. Working as part of a diverse team, this role ensures the presentation service delivery of Melbourne’s top tourist attraction.
In this role, you will spend large periods of time standing and walking around the venue to complete cleaning duties. This position requires manual handling including light lifting of supplies and materials, and completing bending, twisting, squatting and reaching movements to complete tasks, therefore compliance with safe manual handling techniques is critical to this role.
You may be required to work any of the seven days of the calendar week, including weekends and gazetted public holidays.
