The role you’ll play: 

In this awesome role you will be one of the driving forces of the people side of business in LanguageWire. You will be part of the fast-paced People & Culture team in the newest technology (AI) industry. You will have an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and support the organization in everything to do with recruitment, engagement, and people development. You will be the one point of contact to all our leaders in the commercial division helping the leaders drive and improve all people matters. We are looking for a true generalist to join our amazing team of skilled People Partners. We promise that you will be embraced with exciting challenges and cool people every day!

The team you’ll be a part of: 

You will be an integrated part of the Strategy & HR division and work together with a very people-centered, international and energetic team. You will have 3 other People &Culture Partners as your closest colleagues, which you can spar with on all people matters. The team is led by Sara, our VP of HR. We are distributed across 2 countries: Spain and Denmark.

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by… 

Driving recruitment for part of our Commercial division by

  • Support our Commercial division when they need a new team member.
  • Screening and searching for candidates.
  • Coordination with and project management of external recruiter
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Being on top of the recruitment process, so we drive it caring about the candidate experience.

Being a trusted sparring partner for part of our Commercial division, including

  • Acting as People Partner towards a group of leaders, and supporting them with team engagement, motivation, and development of their team.
  • Acting as People Partner towards a group of employees, and supporting them in matters as issue with own leader, lack of motivation, stress etc.
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding conversation with employees

 Participating in development projects with the People & Culture area as

  • A project manager
  • A co-designer of new concepts (could for example be a team development, the company purpose & values, rethinking our onboarding, training in good and constructive conversations)
  • An implementer of projects that we launch

  • You have gotten great and talented candidates into LanguageWire
  • You have gained the trust of leaders and employees within the Commercial division.
  • You have contributed to the team having successfully launched and implemented new development initiatives for leaders and employees.

What you’ll need to bring: 

  • A solid understanding of People & Culture and how this function supports the business. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with recruitment in general.
  • A huge passion for people
  • A structured work approach and project management skills
  • Being able to contribute with a positive and service-minded attitude to collaborate and interact with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

  • You have been working directly with the commercial part of an organization before
