You will work closely with our Revenue Controllers who are an essential part of the wider Finance department and are expected to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Besides, the role will also include contacts with our customers across the globe. </p><p dir="ltr">Our Head of Revenue Control will lead your day to day work and you will ultimately report to our CFO. </p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul></ul><p dir="ltr">As part of the revenue team, you will be involved in:</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Billing of customers for SaaS licenses and consultancy.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Managing reminders and the cash collection process.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Managing customer accounts and information in our subscription billing system. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Supporting our Revenue Controller in reviewing and approving customer contracts for software licenses and consulting service agreements. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Dealing with all aspects of customer queries regarding invoiced fees and any detailed information that may be required.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Helping your Quinyx colleagues across the world with billing and revenue related questions. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">As we strive to continuously work smarter and more efficiently, you will also be involved in projects aiming at improving our processes and ways of working.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Swedish.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong><br></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Quality oriented with a focused customer service approach.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience from previous positions in accounts receivable.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with a proactive and flexible approach with a good eye for detail, excellent communication and numeracy skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Highly motivated self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience of working large sets of financial data.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A natural curiosity and desire to improve processes around you.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to multitask.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>The WOW-factor</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in accounting or business administration.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience of working in a global environment</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent skills in Microsoft office and/or Google Sheet</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience of working in a fast-paced scale up environment</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Speak other European languages such as German, Dutch or Finnish. </p></li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>What is it for you?</strong></p><p>We promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle with flexible work hours and latest tools, enhanced vacation allowance, gym membership contribution, and last but not least, you will have the chance to participate in our well-known yearly ugly Xmas sweater competition!</p><p><strong>Life at Quinyx</strong></p><p>We are an innovative, agile and continuously growing modern tech company.
