Sales Focus Inc., the sales outsourcing pioneer, is looking to hire full-time Outside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client ArcPoint Labs. SFI pioneered the sales outsourcing industry in the United States in 1998. We have 25 years of experience working within a wide range of industries to boost regional, national, and international sales performance for our clients. 
 
About ArcPoint Labs 
Our client, ArcPoint Labs is a national, full-service, third-party provider/administrator of accurate, reliable, and confidential diagnostic testing. ArcPoint Labs offer safe, reliable testing for individuals, companies, and legal and healthcare professionals. ArcPoint Labs have been in the drug and alcohol testing business for 20+ years and their highly trained staff has over 60 years of combined industry experience. 
 

The Outside Sales Representative 

The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate products, services, or solutions.  

This is a Part-Time, Face-to-Face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.

Qualifications 

• Self-starter who enjoys putting in a good day’s work 

• Friendly & outgoing with an ability to quickly connect with others 

• Motivated, ambitious, & relentless to get results 

• Innovative & eager to put forth new ideas 

• Flexible with the ability to react and adjust accordingly 

• Outside sales experience & healthcare knowledge preferred but not required 

• Willing to drive from business to business 

Work Schedule 

• Part-time – 4 hours a day 

• Monday to Friday

• Typical schedule is between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
