What you’ll do:
Our innovative products are built to redefine the way the world harnesses and uses clean, renewable energy. That’s why they must be built to the highest standards of quality and consistency. We have exceptional opportunities on our growing team for detail-driven professionals to fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment. You will:
· Review drawings and instructions before each project
· Assemble each product according to specifications
· Conduct quality assurance checks
· Confirm assembled products meet quality standards
· Identify, record and report any product defects
· Complete required quality and production forms
· Monitor and maintain necessary inventory
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
· Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures
· May require occasional evening and weekend hours
The qualifications you must have:
· High school diploma or GED
· Must be a team player, able to work with a diverse team
· Must be committed to following attendance policy
· Must be committed to helping the team meet quality and productions goals
Our preferred qualifications:
· Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, smaller company environment
Physical Demands:
· Standing- 90%
· Repetitive motion- 80%
· Lifting to 30 lbs- 20%
· Lifting to 50 lbs- Occasionally
Pre-Employment Requirements:
· Must pass a drug screen.
· Must pass a background check.
· Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)
Safety:
· If your role requires the wearing of steel-toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years.
· Array operates under strict guidelines and safety standards. Ear protection, hard hats, and standard non-prescription safety glasses are provided by the company.
